Health & Well-being

Life is full of up's and down's and many challenges. Sometimes we keep this sort of stuff bottled up inside, but you know what? That's not always the right thing to do.

When you're feeling down, talk to your friends, talk to your mum or dad or sister or brother, talk to your teacher or lecturer. The chances are they've been through what you are going through and will have some great advice to share. If you don't feel comfortable talking to someone you know or you feel as though you can, then seek professional help from your doctor/GP. Sometimes we just need a friendly ear and often taking the time to talk through problems or issues is the best medicine.
